The Powers That Be v. Safe Men

One of the funniest movies of all time is Safe Men, starring Steve Zahn and Sam Rockwell. My wife (then girlfriend) bought this movie on VHS back in '99. Once we upgraded to DVD, I pawned all of our VHS movies, ultimately planning to replace them all on the new media. Unfortunately, someone decided that one of the funniest movies of all time didn't deserve to be moved over to digital land. And not only that, they also decided to stop the production of the movie on VHS. So now, it's virtually impossible to find the movie. I bought a copy from Ebay, but it was a video rental store promo copy, so every ten minutes, some message scrolls across the bottom of the screen.
